WiFi/Internet down even though your service checker says it's ok, only 2 green lights on router and one orange (right) other not on at all (2nd from left) this happened last week too. What's going on

I'm having the same issue. I'm in Liverpool where are you? I'm trying to work and was in the middle of something which will now be lost because of the loss of connection!

also in Liverpool

all green on hub apart from internet which is red/amber

connections all saying great as always when checking with sky!

Same here, in Liverpool. TBH the Sky internet is **bleep**, I'm deffo changing. Service checker isn't worth a fudge

It also says privacy warning on the WiFi on my phone which I've never seen before but the green light is on for connection and WiFi but nothing for internet or voice, I'm also in Liverpool so somethings obviously gone done

Same here! So frustrating when you check on sky it says no problem detected when clearly there is a very big problem!
I'm in Havant, Hampshire so is a wide spread problem.

Same problem here in Essex. My broadband socket has 3 lights, one of which went red. Service checker is a lying gob**bleep**e, it's fixed to always show perfect service...

I'm in Liverpool too and amber on internet everything gone off and won't reconnect but internet checker says connection is all good
