I have tried ringing on the 6th October over being billed again after my contract ran out. And was told I wouldn't be in a contract if I went over to the faster speed. 20 minutes waiting to talk to someone from broadband to be cut off. I want a call back from someone from complaints. And also packaging sent so I can return the router back to sky.
