topic Broadband performance in Broadband

When I test using Fast.com (Sky uses for diagnostics) I only get a reading of 3.3 mb/s. If I use their online checker it says 306mb/s. Using the telephone support line suggest I have a problem but this doesn't show on their checker. I have recently changed to 300 super fibre and my service is worse than before.

what is going on here?

@jinks82 Sky does not use fast.com for speed checks, just there service checker, have you reset the sky hub as power off for a few hours to see if anything changes, or at least a few other speed checkers, here are a couple to try below. Best you do it Ethernet connected to the hub as the first test!

https://www.thinkbroadband.com/speedtest
https://speed.cloudflare.com/
https://www.waveform.com/tools/bufferbloat
