Are you referring to the My Sky app itself? Given there isnt a native windows version of thst app so it can only be run using an Android emulator any misbehaviour could be down to that. Alternatively do you have issues with another of Sky's apps like Sky Go? If you want support with that post in the dedicated Sky Go forum&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go/bd-p/skygo" target="_blank"&gt;https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Sky-Go/bd-p/skygo&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;but include a clearer description of tgecfault and includecwhat version of windows you are running.&lt;/P&gt;
