    <description>&lt;P&gt;That is what tech advised me to do. They also advised me to unplug the router for an hour. Its like some setting in the router is stopping things from connecting. Examples are an xbox series x, and a darts auto scorer. Neither will connect to the hub, but connect absolutely fine to an extender.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We recently had a 3 day outage of our broadband service. Since it has come back on, we are having intermittent problems with wifi. It either takes an age to load websites,&amp;nbsp; it doesn't load at all until connected to mobile data, then flicking wifi back on the phone, and some devices don't connect at all, but will connect through a wifi extender. Ive spoken to tech, who said they couldn't see a problem, and to all intents and purposes, there isn't, as it is connected and showing a speed to the property. Anyone else experienced this, and if so, is there a fix? Many thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4305065"&gt;@SamC87&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Power them both off, leave for 5 minutes, power on the sky Hub only. make sure your devices connect and everything is working as connected to the hub, once you are happy let the Extender stay off for an hour just to be sure, then finally power your extender up and check at various spot's how it is all going!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
