What else is due to be delivered, if it is a broadband hub then these are timed to arrive a few days before your activation date so what shows here:

You are not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, what did you order and what does it say on your track my order, if you ordered sky stream then that's 1 puck and nothing else, you can call sky and check what you have ordered

@Mariadougan Sky TV is out the door as soon as you order that as it works connected via any ISP Internet broadband and dispatched to you pronto, as advised by @caesarome your sky Hub follows but a lot closer to your Broadband Activation date if you are doing BB install with sky, anything else may just be stock control!
