Hi, I had the fibre optic installed this morning and it was working fine but now I completely lost internet. No Netflix app on tv, no PS5, my ring security system disconnected and I had to close my WiFi to access the sky app so I could send that message.

My bad, it was all done yesterday not today. All brand new with all the digging from my house to the corner of the street. All lights are on, just no internet. All that started I believe when sky remotely switched from old to new today.

All about the lights below!

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
