Internet is down, your checker says theres something wrong and its not working but then says its all OK when you try the let's fix it!

It doesnt help as your checker says theres something 'let's fix it' you press to fix it and it says nothing is wrong

@Mic17 The Forum you are posting on is all customers helping others, so you are not dealing with sky, the link shows what the lights are all about, if you look at the link it will say what you see the software test may not get it right, then it's a call to sky 8am tomorrow morning onwards, they are closed for the night now!

Thanks, sorry thought you might of been a sky person with that link

Sadly the fix it thing is rubbish as it says theres an issue lets fix it, then when choose to fix it it says it fine. Ive done everything requires and its not working, its obviously the weather but theres no where to report it which is frustrating

@Mic17 If sky you will see next to the name, it will say Sky Employee then you know who it is! Fix i do not care about what hub do you have and what are all the lights showing to you when you look at them. You could even have an area wide fault, were a car knocked down a pole, a digger dug up the road ripped the whole fibre cable up spat it out once it chewed it all up. Or simple OR are fixing a fault and they had to pull the system down to do so! The link may show you something below if SKY are AWARE off any current condition!

@Mic17 Looks like there may be some potential work going on but could just be anything between the home to the exchange connection wise, but it's one off those, which part do you trust, Amber light or No light on the hub for Internet is the one for me! Software getting it correct well who knows!
