      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had my service from open reach turned on on the 23rd September, but as of today, after several long waits on the phone trying to chase, I still haven't received a hub.. How is it that I'm meant to use a service I can't access ( unless I have third party gear - which fortunately I do :)). However, poor show, and I was paying for WiFi max too.. &amp;nbsp;Anyway just venting, and maybe it will get customer service moving a bit..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Dan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
