At 3.30am it is most likely due to overnight maintenace work. If tgat is the cause your service should have returned in the morning.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Still no connection to anything I've done everything they say and apparently I have full connection but my speed is lower than they guarantee. I'm looking at a red dot on my hub and no tv as it's stream.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
