We've had issues now for 3 weeks or more with the WiFi, really poor. Iv got the fastesg possible internet so you tell me, Iv got my own boosters in each room I purchased myself for over £100 each and struggling with the internet. One box keep dropping our all the time. Simply just not good enough. I need an engineer to come and take a look at what's going on as a matter of urgency as it's affecting my business as well as I work from home.

@Chris439 wrote:
I need an engineer to come and take a look at what's going on as a matter of urgency as it's affecting my business as well as I work from home.

Every customer with an issue will feel it's urgent but I'm afraid Sky broadband being discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.

Additionally from your post and previous posts last December I don't think you realise that you aren’t speaking to Sky Customer Services by posting here. This is a customer ➡️ customer discussion forum where we try to help other Sky customers.
