topic Playstation 5 use causing Internet to drop in Broadband

I have always connected my PS5 directly to the router. Recently when I download a new game or I play a game via my PS Portal the Internet connection to the house drops. When I switch the PS5 connection to WiFi I no longer have the problem. Any help would be appreciated in solving this issue as I want to return to the speeds I get with a hard wired connection

Did have a OP posted earlier regarding Ethernet and the sky Max hub with a reply from sky that was WAY unusual to say in the least! Reference to that link very bottom!

This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

Re: LAN speed settings | Sky Community

A couple of years ago I had a similar problem with my Xbox Series console, CS told me it was better/more stable on a wired connection.
