Mine isn't working either. I just have a green flashing light on my router which usually is a solid white light when working. I'm in the Islington area and wondering if this has anything to do with the Arsenal match earlier this evening as the signal tends to drop when there is a match.

I'm in Lancashire and my WiFi went off around 12:30am, the router lights wer geeen, amber, green, amber and all turned green when I reset. no devices will connect to the hub now though - despite all sky stuff claiming there's no issues?

When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

@Ms_P85 if the service checker is telling you that Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line there is nothing you or they can do except wait until the fault is fixed which will take as long as it takes. If Sky are not saying they know of a fault call them.

That you use what is sold as a domestic connection for work does not give you any priority. Openreach offers a service level on domestic lines of a fix by the end of the 2nd full working day after the report which would be the end of Monday if reported today Thursday which they meet roughly 85% of the time.
