Missing a cable

I have got my sky hub, there was only 1 yellow cable though. And and I could pop in the cable into socket. Do I miss any cable or?

@ElshadAlizadeh What is it that the hub is connecting too, you may only need the one cable, if it connects both ends one to the hub, one to the other device you do not say which, and if it is all working then you are good to go!

Fttp connection normally a black cable yellow ends connects to the ONT for FF connection.

Fttc connection normally a grey cable purple ends connects to a OR Master phone socket.

Black or white hub, may also be refurbed product and if so not everything will be in the box, can be a hit/miss, but sky do normally get to you what is needed!

Yeah I think so as well. Better to wait for engineer. Thanks though.

@ElshadAlizadeh ? are you getting a Engineer visit, lot's are self install on the activation day!
