      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4121393"&gt;@Kevb27845&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It may be worth running the service checker and diagnostics, then having a look at the devices in the test, if you have a poor/weak wireless wi-fi signal too them it may be able to indicate that too you!
