Superfast useless broadband

Since having superfast broadband i cant download Alexa, Solax (solat) app or sky emails

Can anyone help.

Hi @Flappy1

You may need to disable Sky Shield in your broadband settings on the My Sky app

@Flappy1 If it was and you did have to change it, allow 24hrs for it to go, just not an instant do it now and then it happens!

Tried it but still dosent work. I think its because they run on 2 5 mhz and superfast is 5. Thanks anyway.

@Flappy1 The 2.4/5Ghz is connection off the device to the wi-fi signal only so you can forget that as an issue, you said you were on but could not download, you can always call sky they will tell you the Current State off your Broadband Shield and what it is set at and can adjust it also if needed!
