I have tested my WiFi several times over the last few days and it's saying everything is fine, but I can't get WiFi. I have been using 4G for the last few days, which luckily I'm paying for an unlimited package. But there is a problem I am unable to resolve. I have disabilities and as I get older it's affecting how my brain works. I just don't know what the problem is.

Hi @skjennings24

Could you explain in what way you can't get WiFi? Is your device just not picking up the signal from your hub or is there some sort of error when you try to connect?
