Until the line issue is resolved its pretty pointless doing anything about the WiFi in your home.

My WiFi isn't working and when I do the service checker , it says my speed is lower that they said and I can claim on the speed guarantee it won't let me check my WiFi. I pressed fix problem and it says me through some steps then says it working but when I go back to the service checker home page it's still says there's a problem and my wifi isn't working at all . Help!
