    <description>&lt;P&gt;You are&amp;nbsp; not talking to sky on here we are all fellow customers on here like yourself, have you checked&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; broadband&amp;nbsp; service&amp;nbsp; in the my sky app, to see if there are any problems in&amp;nbsp; your&amp;nbsp; area,&amp;nbsp; you can also phone sky and ask them to run a line check aswell&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
