      <title>Work VPN won’t connect</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Two weeks ago my work VPN was ok, no problems. Last week, it would not connect so I asked our IT support man to reset my password, he did it twice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He logged in as me from his work computer and could not see any issues.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have reset the hub, disabled the broadband shield and the VPN still won't connect. What could be blocking the connection?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it helps, I am using a Mac and accessing a windows server which has worked well before.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks, Oliver.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Otherwise a poor wifi connection will impact use of a vpn as the connection requires a responsecto keep alive messges so if you are suffering packet loss that can cause issues.ideally usexa wired connection from the hub to the Mac you use for &amp;nbsp;work or look into improving the WiFi connection.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
