Sky Max WiFI constantly dropping out

I have recently moved up to Sky Max as I have had years of issues with the standard WiFi.
It drops out constantly! When you run a check on the Sky App, always says no issues which is not suprising.
I work in Networks myself and have troubleshooted no end.
I am annoyed I fell for the spill again of money back guarantee etc. Never ever the case.
I feel as soon as Fibre is available in my area it is time to say goodbye to Sky.

I have had my sky wifi max hub with sky gigafast broadband since January last year and i personally have not had any problems with it works perfectly, just a fellow customer and that's my opinion

Thanks for the reply Peter.
I even have the 2 WiFi boost dots, 1 up and 1 downstairs. I don't recall a day where they are flashing I have to reboot all equipment.

It could be to do with the wall in the blocking the signal if it's an old house with thick Brickwalls that is giving you the problems

Tbf the walls are like a fortress. Maybe I'll look at moving the Router.
