The cable from the telegraph pole to my house has come down. I contacted Open reach who said this is not their problem as it wasn't affecting public. I was told to contact Sky.

I did and was told an engineer would visit and an order was set up. I received email as confirmation. However the order could not be tracked as it didn't show in the orders section of my account. This was on 22nd September, it is now 30th September and the cable is still laying across my drive.

It is almost Impossible to speak to anyone at sky, what do I do??

Thanks in anticipation.

Hi @ukfirem

If the cable has come down from the pole is not causing public danger at all? I would have thought it would obstructing the pavement or road in a way? Openreach really should engage with you on such a matter.

If not I can only recommend that you call Sky for an update on it

Hi James

Unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it, the telegraph pole is directly next to my property so only affecting my drive. I'm abroad at the moment so will have to wait for now.

Ah ok I see. Yes I would call Sky again and get this raised properly, it should be classed as a line fault considering the condition.
