(It doesn’t necessarily disclose a problem instantly and it takes a little while to update). &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If there aren't any then try running the line test here&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test.       <title>No Internet - Flashing Orange Light</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The middle light on the hub alternates between flashing orange and going off altogether. Consequently we have no internet but checking using My Sky app says that everything is ok. However, it also says last checked 3 hours ago - even though it was actually a few minutes ago.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks Daniel but I had already tried those things and the diagnostic tools all said there was no problem. As a last resort, I left the hub off overnight and turned it back on this morning and the issue is still there. I will try ringing Sky.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks both for your help and good shout not to cancel engineer - it's worked all morning and now I have all three lights green, diagnostics saying everything is working but we (once again) have no internet.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
