There are very clear instructions here&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-which-sky-hub-do-you-have&lt;/A&gt;. There are several pemutatiins these days so its best to work through thst logically. &lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have the older type of phone socket with a single connecter for a phone you msy need to buy a line filter which plugs into the wall socket and has two sockets one of which accepts the cable from the hub.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4488998"&gt;@Christy9599&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;What type of master socket is it that you have, single, double may even have a name link Mark iV, type 5c etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If single and no way to plug the RJ11 cable into then you will need to go source a ADSL filter if you do not have one!
