What device is it that you have to extend the wireless wi-fi signal?</P>

I work from home and my wifi connection keeps dropping out causing me to loose work and have issues with Skype meetings. I can not sit in my office or kitchen due to poor signal. I have an extra devise in the kitchen but this is extra no good. I need someone to come to my house and test the system as they promised they would earlier this year. This situation is not acceptable and my work is suffering.
