sky max router log in after 30 sec reset not working to default admin and sky log on.

hi,

i cannot logg into my new sky router . done the 30 secs reset twice and it states log in is "admin and sky" after a reset but it is not !!.

but comes up with incorrect usename and password all the time, tried my changed wfi username and password -rejects it like above

how do i log into my new router sky max sr213-02-uk-wht . thtas what i want to do.

i could log in to my sky max router sr213-02-uk ok .

note new router has (-wht) at the end of the model name now ?.

in sky app i have changed usename and password to own details.

i got the new router because my sky app would not see the new router in broadband product settings.

now with the new router (end -wht) it has appeared in product settings , but I cannot log in to the new router .

on talking to support the just said do 30 sec reset and log on should be admin and sky, but not working.

help please.

tried browsers , edge firefox,chrome.

done all that, still cannot log into the new router, need to reserve ip adresses for my camers, they have not been reserved from my old sky hub the this new one, and i cannot log into the new router (end-wht)

@heremeroy Are you trying to get to it via a web browser? You need to get to the Max via the app!

If indeed you have Factory reset that sky Max hub, then the details at the bottom on the label are now the ones to use!

hi that does not go in.

but noticed the caps name changes.to lower case .after the refusal.

The username is the word admin just as you see it,

The password is your wi-fi password label bottom off the hub!

great yes default is

admin

and

wireless card password.

i am in now.

so new max hub default log on has changed to what sky support know about it. they said

admin sky . !

@heremeroy It's been that way for over 10 years now, admin - sky for all the older ones, and admin - password fot the newer.
