I have the black router and had fibre fitted recently. Had problems going onto full fibre with our old deal as was 75mbs and when I questioned it used to be ok in the house before fibre and not now was told I would need to upgrade by an advisor on a call.

I upgraded to 500mbs but still have issues with teams call dropping etc in the house when it was ok before fibre, was Was also told would need an up to date router before but when upgraded was told the router was ok. Do I need a new router for this ?

Thanks

If you want any decent Wi-Fi then get your own router anything from £75+ upwards. I also have 500Mbs and great Wi-Fi all over the house.

But if you don't fancy spending your hard earned cash..then Sky will sell you "boosters" for a monthly fee normally £4.

One of the best functions the Sky black router does is... a great door stopper....thats just my 2 cent 🤗
