Hi,

I've been having broadband issue since end of August. My activation date was 29/08/2025, however, I keep receiving generated answer of "

Openreach have told us they are currently experiencing an issue with their systems, which is preventing your order from progressing. We are working with them to make sure it is fixed as soon as possible. You will receive a text with an update on your order on 30/09/2025. " same answer for 4 weeks now. Am I in the right to cancel my contract without any fees as I do not receive services that I ordered ?
