    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sky broadband with 2 pods,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1 pod of the middle floor and 1 pod on the third floor&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the third floor one , the signal seems weak, it's showing up and connection: ok , on the app rather that good as all the other ones are showing as good/green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but regardless of this, the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;WiFi has been extremely bad throughout the whole house these last few weeks, like it's connected to the WiFi however the internet just keeps dropping out&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i I have tried to find a sky number to call for help but it seems impossible&lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":loudly_crying_face:"&gt;😭&lt;/span&gt; it keeps directing me here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone help? Any advise for the WiFi, or a number I can call?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
