      <description>&lt;P&gt;Was given a time slot of 8 am till 1 pm to install new faster broadband&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;waited all 5 hrs and no show&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then get lied to, via sms saying engineer is here when clearly their not, please do better and don't lie to loyal customers, 16 yrs I've been with you&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;would like to cancel with no penalty as this is on you not showing up and wasting my day, not me, hate being lied too, its disrespectful and dishonest&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
