I thought its just me. App says ni outage in the area but the LOS on openreach has no light

same here, the light on my hub is green but flickering, and the LOS on the openfibre has no light, i've not been able to connect either and the app says there is no issue, i'm confused how to fix it 😭

Exactly that I've tried a few times . Had no sky signal for tv for 20 days gets fixed today now Wi-Fi goes 😂

Yes no Internet in Feltham . Completely Sky hub in feltham seems to be down .

You have all posted since midnight. When there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep. Hopefully it'll be back before 7.

If it is still down later in the day the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
