      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4486922"&gt;@Emma489&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It's one off those, the Hub does not kick anything off, the mobile if not able to see the wireless wi-fi signal, or if the signal is weak and not everywhere that you need it in the home then the mobile will drop off and try to connect using the 4G/5G mobile data network! If it stay's connected but it all slows down, then the only option will be to boost your wireless wi-fi signal where you need it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
