Thanks all, didn't really want to leave Sky but seems that is the only option as I haven't had any luck getting them to review and update or even try to.

Will give another provider a go as seems that they have that ability.

Thanks again!

Hi, I’m currently a Sky Broadband customer and looking to upgrade to Ultrafast full fibre. Both of my immediate neighbours are able to order Sky Ultrafast FTTP, but when I check for my address it says FTTP is not available.

I’ve run the BT Wholesale checker and confirmed that all three of our properties are served by the same cabinet. This suggests my address may be mis-mapped in Openreach’s database.

Looking to have an ORDI request submitted to openreach but struggling to find out where/how to do so.

Looks to be a thing that is possible from searching online but can't find a way here to do so.

Thanks for any support

@Leavend the database is clearly showing FTTP is not available for the address you searched for but is for your neighbour which is strange and could simply be a database error. Unfortunately getting Sky to check why is practically next to impossible. In theory they can raise a request with Openreach but Sky's systems seem not to offer that option to their agents. A full fibre order cannot be raised if the database says no..

Go and look at the pavement outside your home as each property there should be a a small black plate for an underground connection. If you have one take a picture of it your neighbour's property should also have one. If there isnt one It is possible the rollout stopped before it reached your address as each connection point has a route back to an underground distribution point which can only supply up to 30 properties which would imply your are in a future phase. I would also use this checker https://www.openreach.com/fibre-checker as this tells you what services exist at each address and importantly what is known to be planned.

If you have a connection plate I would call EE or a company like Zen and see if they can place an order as both seem to have a way to issue the necessary request. You could come back to Sky either to ask them to release you from contract or get tge otder sorted which may work.
