Can’t access game client

Hello everyone, i just recently change my ISP from vodafone to now Sky, the issue is that both game client and site of a game is not accessible to me now. Mind that although is located in NA is not region locked since i could access it before and can still do it now by using my phone data or just using another line. I tried changing DNS of my device but nothing changed. Anyone know what might be the issue and a fix that doesn't involve using a VPN?

Have you tried disabling Sky Shield?

Hi and thank you for answer, unfortunately i tried that too and it still doesn't work.

I just find it weird that just this sky wifi doesn't let me access this site, and is located in italy too so i just don't know.
