topic Weak router in Broadband

Hi I have been having an issue which I understand is a problem with my router. I have bought a package from Which magazine which needs me to complete a number of documents on line. I have been unable to do this at home for two months. Calls to which have suggested it may be a problem with my router. I have been able to access and complete the documents outside of my home but am still unable to access the documents at home on either my iPhone, my iPad or my iMac. I visited a computer shop for advice and they tell me it's a problem with my router. I tried many times to contact sky support which appears to not be accessible to customers. Can anyone advise or at least provide a useful contact number for sky.

Thanks
