      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a red LOS light on my openreach box, everything went down about 10pm this evening. Took about 50 mins for the sky service checker to realise something was wrong and actually let me book an engineer to come out.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
