As this is a customer helps customer forum and as you appear to have ongoing issues then you will need to do as presumably you did before and report this to Sky.

Hi. Over the past few weeks our WiFi keeps having problems. We keep getting orange lights on the box and it stops working for short periods. We have already had 2 engineers out so can this be resolved asap please. I work from home so it is an issue.

Wi-fi issues are different in that it is the loss of the wireless wi-fi signal but the Broadband in general is still working OK!

Engineer came in on the 29/12 he replaced everything he could , he said if it continues then we need a new wifi box which he hasn't got to get in touch with sky if the problem continues

@June45 So has the problem continued, the Forum is NOT sky Customer Service and to get a sky Hub replaced then you need to call them direct... The easiest way is just dial 150 from your landline if it working, and also a sky Mobile is the same number but just let them know you wish to talk about your Broadband!
