    <description>&lt;P&gt;The engineer never turned up, and our internet has gone down yet again. The only infrastructure changes were the Sky router/ONT. We never had issues like this with Vodafone. When it went down, you just restarted both ONT &amp;amp; router then it would be back online again. We also do not have our original phone number either which&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is ridiculous. The mysky app seems to think my&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;broadband is connected despite it clearly being offline. The service from Sky has been appalling within the very first month.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
