Firbre broadband installation

I live in an apartment block who have had fibre broadband infrastructure installed by City Fibre. Sky keep sending a BT oepn reach engineer out to connect me but each time they say they cannot do it. I have tried to call sky to get them to order the installation with City fibre (they are a supplier) and keep getting passed from one dept to another. Does anyone know a short cut?

Thats an odd one. When you run a check as a new customer on the sky.com site does it show as Openreach or City Fibre?

Also if you check the City Fibre website directly, does it show availability for your address?

Why don't you order via the CityFibre website. You may find it easier @Drazo
