Mine still keeps dropping out, and my Sky Glass TV keeps coming on by itself.

Saying no Internet connection. Unfortunately, I have builders working on my property at the moment, so my computer is currently not connected. To the router. We had to move everything around. I have to rely on my phone it's using a hell of a lot more data than I should.. The question is why? This full-fibre system should be more reliable than the old system. But it's not from my experience my guess there are more people having problems with this than us two

Since swapping over to full fibre my broadband keeps dropping out yeon the sky app they say there is no problem but there is. It's not just the TV it's my phone as well. I have checked my down load speed on avg and it's not possible to check it so there is a problem. I never had this problem before. It's getting a bit to regular for my liking.

Exactly the same is happening to me. Had full fibre installed last week. The first two mornings after installation I woke up to no wifi/internet. I have had to reset the router several times. Keeps losing connection to my sky mini-boxes. But service checker keeps saying everything is good. It's actually worse than it was before full fibre was installed.
