I recently got Sky fiber and some games won't download. I switch to my data, start up game then switch back to fiber and no issues but the initial start up of game won't happen

Try changing your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:

@Tony_-78 What games are you downloading? Stuff like Grand Theft Auto and Call of Duty are 18 rated, if the system thinks you're underage it won't let you anywhere near them.

Found the problem, turned off the sky and rebooted my phone 🙄
