Hello,

my internet is constantly dropping in and out I think there is an issue with the box

Same, worst broadband ever. I requested and replaced the box but it didn't help.

How rude. Do you think I am not able to carry out basic checks and tell when you provide inconsistent broadband that just drops out ? I had many different providers who were able to admit when there is an issue and fix it and never had worse customer service than sky
