My internet has dropped today, having previously done so at the end of August 4/5 nights in a row - there are no known issues in the area, all lights are green apart from Internet and all normal troubleshooting procedures followed.

Previously it took me to book an engineer, which I did but no engineer ever turned up! But now it shows that I still have an engineer booked in? The problem usually resolves itself after a period of time, however I have never had such issues with my previous providers! Any help would be much appreciated.
