My husbands iPhone will not open reels etc from Facebook and emails delayed in downloading, tske of wifi and it works on his 4G.

all other phones, laptops are working ok,

can you help please ?

@PoppetM it is worth checking the network settings for the Sky connection on the phone especially the low data mode which will slow things down.

What do you mean, have it turned off for low data mode?

@PoppetM If you are new to sky, go check what the Broadband Shield settings are like on your account, adjust them as to what you require!

No still have an issued, none of this happened when we were with mow broadband, when I renewed contract they offered a good deal to change to sky through now, disappointed
