Sky Full Fibre 2.5 Gigafast+ Router Access

We just moved to Sky Full Fibre 2.5 Gigafast+ with Max router (with cityfiber), trying to access router so I can change some settings to start my home network but I don't know access site or password. Was given password/pin with old router on card.

As well as that when I go on MySky app to access product settings won't load Broadband Shield setting.

With old one could access it using IP adress given by Sky for all there router access, is this different now with it being cityfiber?

I've managed to login to router now. The only thing that doesn't work for me now is access to Broadband shield and advance wifi settings on MySky app on the phone

@Andy+Witham only the account holder's Sky id can change the settings for Broadband Shield so check you are ising the correct sign in. If you are sure you are call Sky as they need to sort out the permissions.
