Although you ordered both broadband and Sream they are in fact separate contracts and it is most likely something to do with the Broadband which requires clarification.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I got an email from sky saying&amp;nbsp;theres an issue with your order and we need some more information from you to get you set up does that mean the order didn't go through and the broadband and sky stream won't be getting delivered on the date that was assigned because it showed that everything went through and I even got an account number.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it does, i&amp;nbsp; had a similar&amp;nbsp; problem afew weeks ago ordering&amp;nbsp; some headphones,&amp;nbsp; had to call them&amp;nbsp; to get the order&amp;nbsp; processed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
