      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the last few days, the connection keeps dropping or just seems to pause/have issues then continues.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;e,g while watching Netflix or any of the other online streaming platforms, watching drama ok and the programme just pauses and eventually recovers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Line drops can be caused by multiple issues especially if you have a partial fibre service. The system is designed to stabilise itself by reducing speeds in steps. Sky can only get Openreach to intervene if that is not happening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
