      <title>Open reach problems</title>
      <link>https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Broadband/Open-reach-problems/m-p/5091855#M519163</link>
<description>Openreach came out to install fibre. They made a proper mess of the installation with holes drilled and then filled and wires all over the place on my living room wall. They've also broken my CCTV. I called sky and they said contact open reach. Open reach can only be contacted via a chat bot which keeps stating there's an error and restarting. I managed to chat with apparently a person on the chat who told me to email photos the email bounced back. I also keep getting a message from the Bot saying I have to contact my provider directly as I am not an Openreach customer, I am a Sky customer and Sky must contact them to request an engineer to come out and repair the installation. I have called Sky again waited in a 45 mins queue for them to tell me this isn't not the case I must request the engineer to come back myself. The open reach bot is now closed and I have spent all day going round in circles. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get this sorted please. I am so fed up</description>
