If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I have fibre broadband and the router has a green light for power, WiFi, orange light for voice and no like for Internet. The small box on the wall has Green light power No light LOS Green flashing light PON Quick flashing green light LAN Devises can't get connected to WiFi.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It says that it can't find any device connected even though we have at least 4 devices looking to connect.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've ran all the checks and it thinks everything is fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm stumped.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If the links that&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/9873"&gt;@GD1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Did not throw anything up, then it is a call to sky to report it!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
