    <description>&lt;P&gt;I raised it with them. and they sent in an engineer out who managed to improve the condition with the limitations that were here (it's not perfect but acceptable).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will await until full fibre broadband is avalible in the location as the perminant resolve.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Just had Broadband installed and WIFI is underperforming</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had Sky Broadband (NOW Broadband powered through Sky) installed yesterday. The package weas the 75Mbps with a guarentee of 28Mbps. The enginer tested the broad band and said he was getting 80Mbps down and 20Mbps up. I have no idea if he was testing over Ethernet or wifi as I wasn't in the room when he ran the test.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Later the same night and throughout the day I have test on Fast.com and other speed test sites and they are all showing between3-8Mbps (depending on time) for download and about 2Mbps up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;At the time I only had my phone conected to the wifi and nothing over ethernet.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have now connected other devices over wifi (i.e. my pc) and getting the same slow wifi speeds.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There are no other items placed around the router within 30 cms that broadcast a signal. The Router is not placed on the floor or in a cabinet. The router is open and the test were made stood right next to it as well as in another room (which is on plasterrboard seperating not brick).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This to me sounds like there is a configeration issue with the wifi or that router is not working as it should.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The Sky test has shown that I have averaged appocximately 8Mbps over yesterday and today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions for me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Kind regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paul&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4475234"&gt;@PaulD45&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If the Sky test is showing 8mbps it should have flagged it as an issue as that is below your minimum guarantee. Has it not done this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
